Kids don’t get to have all the fun--we offer yoga, barre, STRONG by Zumba®, Bungee Fit, WERQ, Tabata, and fitness classes for mom, too! In the rush of a busy day, it can be hard to find time for yourself. Our exercise classes will give you some me-time to focus on your own health and fitness goals.
taught by certified instructor Imara Jackson- This pumped up yoga class incorporates cardio and dance moves through your flow to get your blood pumping and muscles burning. This class is extremely fun and is a combination of yoga moves, tribal dance and plyometrics!
taught by certified instructor Ashley Ferguson- this class is a ballet inspired workout for non dancers. Don’t believe you will be slowly moving! This class will tone, strengthen and bring those muscles to shake. Focuses on strengthening and lengthening your muscles and improving your core strength and posture!

taught by certified instructor Traci Rodriguez- Barrecore is an isometric exercise which works to target every muscle group with a focus on the joint stabilizing and postural muscles. This class is a muscle burnout helping to see quick changes in the body!
taught by certified instructor Jade Chastain- This class will having you showing off your moves for sure! A cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip-hop music. Nothing but Good vibes and a great sweat in this class!
Feel like flying? This class involves cardio, strength training and a full body workout all while attached to a bungee cord. Easier on the joints but not EASY! This class incorporates lunges, squats and jumps into the most fun routines ever!
Suspended adventures? Yes please! This class uses the silks, yoga hammock and an aerial hoop to help you gain strength, flexibility and confidence as you learn climbs, inversions and fun tricks! A great workout that’s different, Thank goodness!
