
Kids don’t get to have all the fun--we offer yoga, barre, STRONG by Zumba®, and Pumped Up Strength fitness classes for mom, too! In the rush of a busy day, it can be hard to find time for yourself. Our exercise classes will give you some me-time to focus on your own health and fitness goals. Between weight-lifting or cardio classes, there is something for everyone!

Buti Yoga
taught by certified instructor Imara Jackson- This pumped up yoga class incorporates cardio and dance moves through your flow to get your blood pumping and muscles burning. This class is extremely fun and is a combination of yoga moves, tribal dance and plyometrics!

Barre Sculpt
taught by certified instructor Ashley Ferguson- this class is a ballet inspired workout for non dancers. Don’t believe you will be slowly moving! This class will tone, strengthen and bring those muscles to shake. Focuses on strengthening and lengthening your muscles and improving your core strength and posture!

Strong Nation ™ and Strong 30
taught by certified instructor Imara Jackson- A Modern Play favorite, this class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training. Every move is driven by the beat synced perfectly to every move. This one is a calorie burner!

Rythm and Reps group Training
Give your heart and lungs a workout! Boost your endurance and heart health through our total body intervals classes. Taught by Imara Jackson, Resistance training- but make it a party! In this class you will lift weights to the beat of fun songs. A total body workout hitting every major muscle group every single class.

Pumped up Strength
Taught by certified instructor Ashley Ferguson- Pumped up Strength is a new approach to strength and resistance training, utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted rhythmic progression with hand weights. Its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music!

Stretch and Release
Taught by certified instructor Ashley McAdoo- Enjoy long stretches and restorative postures in this yin style class. Combined with breath work and stillness, this class is the perfect complement to any workout regimen.
